Which of these standard PCI two video cards would be the best for playing call of duty 4 and crysis?

I am upgrading my computer to play COD 4 and Crysis and need a graphics card. I don't have a PCI-E x16 slot so i need to know which of these two cards would be the best for playing these games. The two cards are as follows:

If have another suggestion for a better card than these, I would LOVE to hear.|||You are playing the game that have surpassed any existing Video cards. However, you are better off with Nvidia 9600 GT 256bit GDDR3 (it cost me $100 on geeks.com), Radeon HD3850, etc. Get 512MB RAM GDDR3 256bit cards. If you invest extra, you will not need upgrade for years. Also don't forget to buy a power supply with at least 450 Watts.|||they are pretty much equal but i think the second is better.
