Hey guys .. I'm wondering if my computer will handle a 1gb video card . I've got a GX 280 Dell 3.0 ghz 4gb memory. 400w power supply. I see there is a 512mb and a 1gb. I mainly play the original battlefield 1942, but the reason I'm really moving up is that I now have a 26" monitor and I've seem to have lost the quality of pictures, videos etc. any suggestions will be great...Thanks|||For gaming there is almost no improvement from 512MB to 1024MB video memory.

If you can connect with a DVI cable, do.
Check the pinout diagrams of the plugs on the left for the type of DVI cable you need.
