The 6800GT is a gamer card with 16 pixel pipelines in its GPU. The 7300GT is a low-budget card with just 8 pixel pipelines in its GPU.
In terms of 3D graphics performance, the 6800GT will beat the snot out of the 7300GT, take its lunch money, and give it a wedgie.
