XFX - NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT Graphics Card 512MB vs Diamond Radeon X1950 Pro Video Card - 512MB GDDR3........thanx|||as long as your computer can handle it...I'd say Nvidia, since they tend to have better band for the buck and have SLI (i hate crossfire)|||The Geforce 8800GT is better. It's a generation newer and outperforms the X1950XT, let alone the X1950 Pro.
I upgraded from a Geforce 7900GT to a Radeon X1950XT (which I'm still using). It's a nice card, but not as nice as the 8800GT.
