What Video Card Do I Need To Play Medieval Total War 2?

I recently bought a game called Medieval Total War 2. But unfortunately my current videocard can`t support it. The game runs so slow that it`s not even funny. I just want to know a video card under 100 bucks that can run the game in it`s fullest graphics. One video card that i have in mind is

ATI Radeon HD 3450 512MB DDR2 PCIe Video Card. Would this video card be able to run the game?|||Well I checked your card, you will have no problem play Medieval Total War 2. But I would spend a little more money and get a Nvidia 8800 series. It will cost around $100 not including shipping.

***Now check the reviews on this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductRev… --Spend the money, you will not be sorry.
