Which of these video cards is better for playing games on Vista?

I don't know which is better.. having less ddr3 memory or more ddr2 for better FPS at max settings.

Thanks!!!|||That depends on the resolution you intend to utilise. More RAM means better performance on higher resolutions, but then it is only GDDR2, something which is now somewhat old for video cards. I've got a Galaxy 8600GT running on 256MB GDDR3.
