Is the video card: Ati HD 4350 512mb any better than the ati HD 3650mb?

I have a hd3650 ati radeon card. I'm just wondering if the HD4350 is any better than the 3650?|||It's just as good for video or desktop use, but it's nowhere near as good for games.
