Comparing video cards which one is better?

so im looking for a "budget" video card with good preformance, basically if it can play fallout 3 well then im pretty happy. Ive been reading reviews for the last 90 mins and have made some final decisions, which of the following cards would be best?

which of those would be the best

pc specs:

Hp a510n

2.1ghz processor (AMD Anthalon XP 3000+)

1G ddr ram

Mobo: ASUS A7V8X-LA

Power Supply: I think its 300 watts but it may only be 200

for the record I will be upgrading the mobo and processor shortly but i have to do it piece by piece and i think the video card will make the biggest diff in my gaming plus i dont have eneougn for either of the other 2 parts...(sound made by the fan is of no issue to me)|||Hi Dustin,

Whichever graphics card of these you buy will NOT work on your current computer system, your motherboard only supports AGP graphics cards and you've listed PCI-Express cards. So you'll have to wait until you've bought the rest of the system before you can use it, look at the HP link below. But do not look for AGP graphics cards as your system is the last main system to focus on AGP, it's all PCI-express now.

Also as the graphics card is the best it's the ATI 4670 and that is by a big margin. I have links to 2 different reviews both showing that the ATI 4670 is far superior to the others you have listed. Nvidia and ATI are just companies, they release high powered, moderate and budget graphics cards and they compete against each other.

-edit-

Up until recently I had a Athlon XP system and since it doesn't support SSE2, which is an instruction set on how the CPU functions, many new games will simply not load.|||Definitely GT220. Very overclockable, performs nicely in crysis and other fps games, etc. But you definitely need a new processor! You just can't run Fallout 3 with those specs.|||I would say any nVidia graphics card would top any ATI or other type of brand name, in graphics cards.

nVidia has been proven the best and the most used graphics card manufacturer in the world!

and I would say, if you want a Gaming graphics card choose 9400GT or 9600GT or any other ones from the 9 family they're good for gaming.

If your choice is graphics or Photoshop get a cheap one like anyone.|||Out of the lot, Probably the GT 220.

But the poster above is an idiot. Nvidia is all hype. I'm not saying that Nvidia make bad cards (They're very good), But theyre waaay overpriced, compared to the ATI radeon cards.
