Can I Sli Different 9 Nvidia series video cards?

I just got a 9500Gt EVEGA 512mb video card thinking it would play all my games with maxed settings. Well it doesn't really and i'm figuring out its not that great of a card. So since my system is mostly sli ready(Just my motherboard to go) i was wondering if i could sli my 9500gt with say a 9800gt or do i have to go with another 9500gt? If i have to go with another 9500gt does it have to be 512mb? Thanks in advance!|||No, it needs to be the same exact card. Preferably the same manufacturer.

To the fourth poster:

In order to provide optimal symmetric scaling, SLI technology requires the NVIDIA GPUs to match. For example, a GeForce 7800 GTX must be paired with another GeForce 7800 GTX. Likewise, a GeForce 6600 GT must be paired with another GeForce 6600 GT.

Taken from : http://www.slizone.com/page/slizone_faq.…|||For SLI to work properly both graphic cards must be exactly the same.|||It has to be the same card but the brand doesn't have to be the same. What will happen if though if the cards have different clock speeds and memory the faster card will revert to the stats of the lower card.|||You can have a 9800GT with your 9500GT, but it won't work at it's full potential. Also, you can have a 1GB 9500GT(if there is one) but that 1GB card will be recognized as a 512MB card.
