Which of these video cards is better?

Out of these two video cards, which do you think is better? I've included the specs for each card at the bottom.



XFX GeForce 8600 GT XXX 256MB GDDR3 (with free game)



or



KFA2 GeForce 8600 GT 512MB DDR2



The games I would like to play are games like Call of Duty 4, Command and Conquer 3, and other games like those. Don't necessarily have to play them on max settings. Will play them on low settings as long as there is no lag. Specs, and sites for each card below.
